A single WordPress installation. One Pro license activates the Pro features on one site. If your club operates more than one site that runs WP SailingFlow, you'll need a license for each.
Neither. The free edition is fully functional and free forever — seasons, fleets, PHRF time-on-distance scoring, standings, and every shortcode. Pro simply adds throwouts, Time-on-Time, RRS A5.3, and result emails.
Pro is an annual subscription, per website. It renews automatically each year so your Pro features keep working without interruption, and you can cancel anytime.
Nothing is deleted. All your seasons, boats, results, and settings stay exactly as they are. The Pro-only features simply pause, and they reactivate instantly on your existing data the moment a license is active again.
